Winter Hiking & Camping Made Easier

A snowstorm is predicted for the mountains. You want to experience a winter hike or campout but you have limited experience, your gear might be inadequate and too bulky and your overall confidence level is shaky. So, what do you do? In this course the instructor provides information on the techniques of safe winter travel and camping, researching essential cold-weather gear, where to find it, how to pack it, and places to hike with overnighters at the higher elevations applying the knowledge you've learned. No more fears, just cold, clear winter skies ahead!
